Travelling Tilda

Sir Stampalot has been asked to be guest designer over on the Allsorts challenge blog and I have been busy making cards for this month. The challenge this week is travel and holidays so pop over and check the amazing design teams card.

I have used Magnolia stamps for this card and got a chance to use the suitcases that I have had for a while now, the ticket and Paris stub were kindly stamped out for me by Lisa. The papers are all magnolia and so is the tag at the back. Flowers are bits of all sorts from my flower draw and lace is from my lace basket, I love buying bits of lace from markets or shops to add to my collection. I do also have a bit of a thing for baskets and boxes and this week got two lovely baskets from a place near us that does all the flowers for shops and has a shop where they sell off baskets and pots they do not need. I got a wire basket and a gorgeous wicker basket with a wooden heart and only paid £3.50 for both so a real bargain. Just realised how much I am waffling lol so back to card and the copics I have used are:

Face and skin E000, E00, E11, R20
Hair E50, E53,E55
Dress B93, B95, B97
Socks E40
Suitcases E31, E35, E57, E50, E53, E55
All the products I have used are available to buy at Sir Stampalot.

Lace it up

Over on Just Magnolia the challenge this week is to lace it up with real lace or paper so I have used one of the new stamps to make this baby card. My friend has had a gorgeous baby girl and this card is for her, she only weighed 5lb and her mum refers to her has her little Angel so I thought this was perfect. I am very excited because my Friend has asked my husband and I to be Godparents so I will have to think of something special to make for the christening.
The papers I have used for this card are magnolia papers and so is the flower, the swirl is a sizzix die and the punch is a Martha Stewart. The copics I used are E000, E00, E11, R20 for the skin and R81, R83, R85,Rv10 for the pink.

Christmas Molly Blooms

Just wanted to show you the card I made with the new Molly Bloom stamps that are designed by Claire Rowland and available to order now at Sir Stampalot. I started off by colouring all my characters with copics and decided I wanted Santa the other side of the window, so what was a single card soon turned into a double card. On the front I have made a bedroom scene and the little teddy is from the first collection but has been shrunk, the sentiment is from a woodware set and seemed to work and the gap was just right lol. I have cut the window out and put in acetate so Santa can be seen.

On the next page I have used Santa and the gorgeous winter scene stamp that Claire has created I have used snow writer and glitter for the snow effect and the sky was created with momento ink pads in Summer sky, Blue danube and paris dusk. The copics I have used are has followers.

E31,E33, E35, E40, E42, E50, E52, E44, E47, E49
E00,E00,E11, R20 C1, C3
R35, R37, R39, R59
G99, G94, G21
I have also decorated the last page so you can write who the card is from on and have used the lovely robin stamp and a hero arts stamp for background.
