Sugar bowl sketch

Here is a card that I have made for the Sugar bowl challenge that you had to use a sketch for,I just love these stamps and went for colours that I do not normally use.

I have used stampin up papers that I got free for having a party and the copic colours I have used are

Face E000, E00, E11, R20  Hair E21,E25,E27,E29 Dress R22, R24, R27,R29.

Now I must go and get ready for work I have had a week off and have had a fab break with the kids but normal routine must resume lol.

Feeling like Summer

Just a quick card today I have sometime off work and with the weather so good I have been out and about with the kids so not much time to craft. I made this card the other day with the gorgeous Molly Blooms stamps and did not have a lot of time but Tianna (my daughter) and I did a bit of crafting together which was lovely and I fancied making a summer card.
I have cut the circle out of my card using a nestability die and attached the image to the inside of the card so you have to peep through to see the image.
 The stamps are available from Sir Stampalot and they are really lovely to colour.
I just so love the little flags and decided to go a bit bright and colourful  to match in with the papers that are new at Sir Stampalot.
The copic colours I have used are
Face and hair E000, E00, E11, R20, Yr24
Pink R9, R85, R83, R81
Green Yg11, Yg13, Yg17
Blue B99, B97, B95, B00, B02, B05
Brown E31, E35, E57

Craft Class

Just thought I would pop on and show you the cards that we made last night, I had the pleasure of teaching a lovely bunch of ladies that come from away and stay for a weekend of crafting. I kept them very busy and all their cards look fab when they had finished. I left work after having been there for over twelve hours with a box of left over pizza ( thanks Janice and Andy my boys loved it, gone in minutes) but having had a great day and feeling happy I get to do a job I love and pizza too lol.

Allsorts Challenge

I have made this card especially for the Allsorts challenge blog that I am the Guest designer for this week and

 representing the Penny Black at Allsorts challenge blog. I have therefore chose a Penny Black image to use for my card and the theme for this week is anything but a square.

I have chose 'Yummy Mimi' for my Penny Black stamp and coloured her with copics, the papers I have used are October Afternoon and I used my leftovers to make the flowers.

I have used my large nestability dies to make the card with and the recipe is a Lili of the valley stamp.

Copic colours are

Bowl E40, E41, E43

Red bits R35, R37, R39

Eggs E50, E51, E53

I am so excited

I just had to do a quick post and tell you my news I have been chosen to join the fab design team on the Cupcake craft Challenge blog and I am so looking forward to the challenges and getting to know the rest of the team. At the moment there is a competition going on so why not pop over and check it out.

Now I must get ready for work Sir Stampalot is Ten years old today and we have a free make and take and free coffee/tea and cake going on. So if you are in the area between 1 and 4 and fancy making a quick card just pop in, we also have lots of new yummy papers and stamps, oh I do so love my job surrounded by crafty stash lol.

Colour Challenge

This month on Penny Black at Allsorts we have a colour challenge

You need to use black, white and one other colour on your card and of course you must have a Penny Black image also. There is lots of prizes up for grabs so please check out the challenge blog.

I have gone for pink for my extra colour and made a very girlie card.

The flowers are made by using punches and I have used a round the page punch for all borders.

The image is coloured with copics and |I have gone dotty made around the image.

I would also like to say sorry for not getting around your blogs commenting but my dog Harley had emergency surgery on his eye on Friday and I have been looking after him and what with work and being worried about him because he may still loose his eye I have not spent long on the computer.
