sugar bowl

I feel like it is ages since I made a card, I have had a week off from work to spend the holidays with the kids and we have had a lovely week, but I have had craft withdrawal symptoms and did have to fit in a trip to sir stampalot to see the lovely and very talented lou making her beautiful cards. I really liked this sketch on the Sugar bowl challenge blog and have used a sugar nellie stamp called fragile beauty. The papers I have used are by imaginisce and are lush on both sides and the image was coloured with copics. The flowers and leaves are a sizzix set of 3 dies that I got from sirstampalot and I just know I am going to use them loads.

Now I just had to show you this picture my daughter made me, she got a felt kit for her birthday and said she wanted to make me a picture and this is what she came up with. Other than getting out my cuttlebug she did it all herself and I think she did rather well, in fact I love it but I am biased cause I love her.

Wow, what a yummy card! Great image and fab coloring! Those papers are really sweet and one of my faves (just better start using them instead of staring at them)

Thanks for joining the Sugar Bowl challenge and hope to see you in the next one too. :)
