Christmas Molly Blooms

Just wanted to show you the card I made with the new Molly Bloom stamps that are designed by Claire Rowland and available to order now at Sir Stampalot. I started off by colouring all my characters with copics and decided I wanted Santa the other side of the window, so what was a single card soon turned into a double card. On the front I have made a bedroom scene and the little teddy is from the first collection but has been shrunk, the sentiment is from a woodware set and seemed to work and the gap was just right lol. I have cut the window out and put in acetate so Santa can be seen.

On the next page I have used Santa and the gorgeous winter scene stamp that Claire has created I have used snow writer and glitter for the snow effect and the sky was created with momento ink pads in Summer sky, Blue danube and paris dusk. The copics I have used are has followers.

E31,E33, E35, E40, E42, E50, E52, E44, E47, E49
E00,E00,E11, R20 C1, C3
R35, R37, R39, R59
G99, G94, G21
I have also decorated the last page so you can write who the card is from on and have used the lovely robin stamp and a hero arts stamp for background.

Hi Louise

I'm on big time catch up, off to look round at what I've missed and these look super. That one with the blue shading it right up my street.

Hopefully back into blogland again unrestrained......I did say hopefully.

This card is just amazing!

I have resisted the Molly Blooms stamps so far (and it's been hard I can tell you!), but I have now decided there's no point in fighting it any longer!

I am looking forward to coming back to your blog again to see more of your lovely creations.

Hello Louise from the blustery west coast of Canada! We have just recently brought Molly Blooms into our store (the 1st in North America!) and I am blown away by your stunning use of colour. I love teaching with colour (we use Tombow markers - less expensive than Copics - with Alcohol blending solution). I bow down before your talent! If you are ever on the West Coast of Canada, we would love to have you teach in our shop! (We are friends of Andy & Janice of Sir Stampalot in Peterborough!)
