I think I got a bit carried away with this card and went a little bright
but then it is a monster so it can be any colour I suppose.
This is a new stamp from Whimsy called
and you get the Happy birthday sentiment with it too.
I have coloured him with copics and put glossy accents on his one eye.
I have also glittered a bit
